Refund policy

 

RETURNS

Our policy is 15 days from the date of delivery. If a refund request is submitted more than 15 days after your order delivery date, we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Orders shipped to locations outside of the United States (including US Territories) cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original product packaging with receipt or proof of purchase. Our handling of the products must not result in a decrease of its commercial value.

All items are inspected upon receipt by our quality assurance team, if the above criteria is not met we are unable to issue a refund and items will be returned to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and we will provide the shipping label. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns must be shipped out within 30 days of receiving the return shipping label.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please email support@juniful.com with your order number and the reason for return. We may be able to help you with your order instead of returning it. 

 

EXCHANGES

If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at support@juniful.com who will resolve this for you on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your unused product(s) for a refund under the same conditions listed above and place a new order. 

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the item you wish to exchange for will remain in stock. 

 

SALE ITEMS

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, then your refund will be processed. You may choose to be refunded either through store credit, or a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds to your original method of payment are usually completed within 3-5 days, and you will receive an email when the refund is processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

REFUNDS (for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS) 

Due to daily changing exchange rates, we cannot offer refunds for orders placed in currencies other than USD. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we can issue store credit.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Your refund should be returned to your account within 3-5 working days and we’ll send you an email to let you know it's on its way!

If you don't receive your refund and it's been 10 working days since you received our email, then you'll need to contact our Customer Service team at support@juniful.com.
