Where is your tea sourced from?

Both our matcha and hojicha are sourced from Japan. Our matcha comes from Kyoto, while our hojicha is harvested and roasted in Kagoshima.

Do all of your products contain caffeine?

Yes, all of our products contain caffeine as they are naturally flavored by tea leaves. These tea leaves undergo a process resulting in a fine powder.

Our matcha protein contains 114mg of caffeine per serving, which is equivalent to a cup of coffee. However, matcha contains l-theanine, which works with caffeine to promote calm, focused energy.

Our chocolate hojicha fiber contains 6mg of caffeine, a dismal amount. This is perfect for your evening routine to promote a healthy gut.

What type of protein do you use for the matcha series?

We use pure whey isolate sourced from California dairy farms. Other brands may use concentrates or proprietary blends. However, our dairy undergoes extra filtration to remove excess lactose and fats to help with sensitive digestive systems.

What type of fiber do you use for the chocolate hojicha series?

We use oat fiber grown and harvested from the U.S.

Are your products suitable for vegetarian lifestyles?

Yes, all of our products are suitable for a vegetarian lifestyle.

Are your products suitable for vegan lifestyles?

The chocolate hojicha fiber is suitable for vegan lifestyles.

The matcha protein powder is not suitable as it contains whey isolate, which is sourced from dairy.

How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

All of our products are tested by a 3rd party to ensure that each ingredient meets our rigorous safety and quality standards.

Our dairy is also sourced from California farms, which undergo a rigorous procedure exceeding federal standards for dairy.
