Matcha Ice Cream Recipe

EQUIPMENT
- Ninja® CREAMi®
- Electric Whisk or Shaker Bottle
INGREDIENTS
- 8 fl.oz. milk of choice (less milk for a stronger matcha flavor, more milk for a weaker matcha flavor)
- 1 scoop Juniful Matcha Protein Powder
- Toppings (optional, but our personal favorites are strawberries, mango, cookies and cream, and cinnamon powder.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend milk and matcha protein powder together using an electric whisk or shaker bottle. Pour liquid into Ninja® CREAMi® tub. Ensure that the mixture is well incorporated and no clumps are visible.
8 fl.oz. milk, 1 scoop matcha protein powder
- Place tub in freezer overnight.
- When ready to enjoy, follow instructions for Ninja® CREAMi®.
- Optional, but below are a few of our favorite toppings to enjoy with your high protein matcha ice cream. Feel free to add on top of your ice cream or re-spin to have the toppings incorporated.
