This matcha ice cream contains high protein and low fat for a less guilty dessert. Please note that this recipe uses a Ninja® CREAMi®. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Ninja®, or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates.

EQUIPMENT

  • Ninja® CREAMi®
  • Electric Whisk or Shaker Bottle

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 fl.oz. milk of choice (less milk for a stronger matcha flavor, more milk for a weaker matcha flavor) 
  • 1 scoop Juniful Matcha Protein Powder 
  • Toppings (optional, but our personal favorites are strawberries, mango, cookies and cream, and cinnamon powder.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend milk and matcha protein powder together using an electric whisk or shaker bottle. Pour liquid into Ninja® CREAMi® tub. Ensure that the mixture is well incorporated and no clumps are visible. 
    8 fl.oz. milk, 1 scoop matcha protein powder
  2. Place tub in freezer overnight. 
  3. When ready to enjoy, follow instructions for Ninja® CREAMi®. 
  4. Optional, but below are a few of our favorite toppings to enjoy with your high protein matcha ice cream. Feel free to add on top of your ice cream or re-spin to have the toppings incorporated. 
    • Fruits (strawberries, blueberries, mango, raspberries) 
    • Cookies and cream
    • Cinnamon powder
