This matcha banana pudding is low effort with a high reward. If you're bored of your typical greek yogurt parfaits, this might be a matcha made in heaven. Hope you enjoy!

EQUIPMENT

  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Shaker Bottle

INGREDIENTS

  • 450g Vanilla Non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 scoop Juniful Matcha Protein Powder 
  • 2-3 fl.oz. of milk (to mix the protein)
  • Sugar-free Cool Whip
  • 1-2tbsp Banana Pudding Mix
  • Vanilla Bean Paste
  • Nilla Wafers
  • 1 Banana
  • Matcha (to dust) 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add your greek yogurt, vanilla bean paste, and banana pudding mix. 
    450g non-fat vanilla greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste, 1-2tbsp banana pudding mix
  2. In a shaker bottle, mix protein powder with your milk of choice. 
    1 scoop Juniful matcha protein, 2 fl.oz. milk
  3. Add protein mixture into greek yogurt mixture until well incorporated. 
  4. Slice banana into 1/4 inch slices. 
  5. Evenly fill 4 ramekins (or small bowls) with Nilla Wafers, sliced bananas, and cool whip. 
  6. Evenly distribute greek yogurt mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. 
  7. When serving, dust with matcha (optional).
