Matcha Banana Pudding Recipe

This matcha banana pudding is low effort with a high reward. If you're bored of your typical greek yogurt parfaits, this might be a matcha made in heaven. Hope you enjoy!
EQUIPMENT
- Large Mixing Bowl
- Shaker Bottle
INGREDIENTS
- 450g Vanilla Non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 scoop Juniful Matcha Protein Powder
- 2-3 fl.oz. of milk (to mix the protein)
- Sugar-free Cool Whip
- 1-2tbsp Banana Pudding Mix
- Vanilla Bean Paste
- Nilla Wafers
- 1 Banana
- Matcha (to dust)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large mixing bowl, add your greek yogurt, vanilla bean paste, and banana pudding mix.
450g non-fat vanilla greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste, 1-2tbsp banana pudding mix

In a shaker bottle, mix protein powder with your milk of choice.
1 scoop Juniful matcha protein, 2 fl.oz. milk - Add protein mixture into greek yogurt mixture until well incorporated.
- Slice banana into 1/4 inch slices.

Evenly fill 4 ramekins (or small bowls) with Nilla Wafers, sliced bananas, and cool whip.
- Evenly distribute greek yogurt mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- When serving, dust with matcha (optional).
